2025, the year that starts the age of Aquarius, the year of the Yin Snake, the year of an ever-louder inequality, the foundations shaking. Many in my circle have been having health challenges this month, including me waking up with full body pins and needles one night, our systems are moving through the turbulence of a transition.
I loved the movie Hair (1979) when I was a kid (I was born in 1972). I knew all the lyrics to the songs, including Age of Aquarius. So what is this new age asking of us? We are at the beginning of a 250 year cycle, so the long game, an expanded view, moving forward for our great grandchildren. And yet, at the same time, touching each day with awareness and conviction.
What do you do with these fleeting days? What do you seek? What is it that your body truly desires? What is your dream for tomorrow? What is our vow to life? She says in the haze of authoritarianism.
